We know that wherever you go, your furry friend follows. We don’t want to change that.
Your four-legged friend is more than welcome at Boardwalk with pet-friendly apartments and townhomes across Canada. We’re big fans of the fur, and we do all we can to make sure they enjoy their new home as much as you do starting with pet-centric amenities and programs.
Whether you are a current Resident or looking for a new home, bring your pets to meet the Boardwalk Team! All pet approvals are pending a successful meet and greet with the Boardwalk Team. If you are interested in adding a pet to your family, please speak with a Customer Service Representative to discuss pet fees.

Our pet-friendly rentals welcome up to two (2) of the following:
- Domestic indoor cats
- Dogs (List of Restricted Dog Breeds)
- Birds (up to a certain capacity)
- Fish (pending tank volume)
- No rodents or reptiles
Please keep in mind that all pet approvals are pending a successful meet and greet with the Boardwalk Team. If you are interested in adding a pet to your family, please speak with your Customer Service Representative to discuss pet fees and if he or she meets the requirements.
